We corredted the worksheets on "What is Life"
Students then watched the first part of the Planet Earth video "The Great Plains". We are watching this video for two reasons: it is fall migration and this video depicts some of the largest migrations on earth and secondly, we are at the edge of the great plains of North America. Hopefully students will be looking up to try and witness first hand the migrations of numerous birds through our region and also compare animals of other plains to ours here in the US. There is no homework.
