Students started to find information for their chosen bird. Students must come to class on Monday with all of these questions answered. they will be presenting their findings to the class on Tuesday if they are in period 5, 6, 8 and Wednesday for periods 2,3. Below are the questions that students must have answered plus they need to know what their bird looks like!

- Scientific name of your bird.
- What group does your bird belong to ie. ducks, raptors, etc.
- Describe your bird’s habitat.

- winter habitat
- What does your bird eat?
- What kind of nest does your bird build and where would you find it?
- What time of year does your bird nest?
- What is the incubation period of the eggs?
- How many eggs does your bird lay and what color are they?
- How often does your bird nest in a year?
- How long does it take for your bird to become an adult?
- Does your bird migrate? If it does when? Where to?
- Are there dangers that your bird might face in it’s migration?
- Is your bird on the endangered species list?
- List 5 other facts about your bird.
