Students had the entire period to finish any/all of the microscope stations.

Students used the microscope today and determined the field of view of the different objective lenses.
They then measured the width of various objects including their hair.

Students took a microscope quiz. All students passed with a 100% .
Students then looked at images and drew them under low and high power.

Students took notes on microscope procedures.
There will be a quiz tomorrow on part and procedures!

Microscopes

Today students worked to fill in the parts of a microscope and took notes on what they are used for.
Students will have a quiz on this, most likely Thursday, and must pass in order to use the microscopes.
