Qualitative vs Quantitative

Students discussed the difference between qualitative and quantitative data. Students then generated a list of qualitative words.
Students were given a word search. They must define 4 of the words: control, conclusion, inference and both kinds of variables as they relate to science.
Hint for inference - "It is cloudy outside so I can infer that it might rain later"
Hint for conclusion - I don't want the steps but I want to know what a conclusion is

The word search doesn't have to be complete BUT the definitions must be completed for homework if not finished!
Have a great weekend!
